Most IT companies won't publish their rates — we always have, since being upfront is one of our core philosophies. All services are available bundled or on an as-needed basis.

Rate card

Standard Technical Support

$100 / hour

  • Printer, software and accessory installation
  • Desktop/laptop upgrades, repair and maintenance
  • Desktop/laptop consulting and optimization
  • Windows and macOS, from legacy systems through the latest release

Server & Network Technical Support

$150 / hour

  • Windows Server setup and troubleshooting, from legacy versions through current releases
  • WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls, NAS and SAN systems
  • Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server setup and repair

Managed Services

From $70 / desktop / month

  • $70 per desktop, $300 per server (10+ devices)
  • $30 per network printer · $100 per managed network
  • Includes phone/remote support, patch management, virus & adware removal

Network Evaluation

$250 flat

  • 2–3 hour review of server, network and workstation infrastructure
  • Findings compiled into a professional report
  • Follow-up meeting to discuss results
  • Good first step before switching providers

1-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Most issues resolve within the first hour.
Rates apply Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST. After-hours support is billed at 1.5×, holidays at 2.0×.
First hour billed in advance. Invoices submitted via PayPal, due upon receipt. Technical screening interviews: $100 each.
