Background
I'm a Texas native and an alumnus of the University of North Texas and Southern Methodist University. I began my career in the Dallas area working for government agencies and Microsoft partners, and have since built over 20 years of experience as a messaging and directory services consultant.
I have deep expertise designing solutions on Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Windows and Active Directory, with hands-on experience managing enterprise-level projects and service delivery teams — including migrations, restructuring and IT infrastructure consolidation through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, plus high-availability and site-resilient implementations.
A senior messaging resource for numerous organizations over the years, I've served as the sole technical resource on dozens of successful migrations to Microsoft 365 from on-premise environments — for clients ranging from small and mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.
