John upgraded our Active Directory infrastructure from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2. The transition was very smooth with little issues. He did a great job !! As well as upgrading our domain, John also consolated our group policies and increased logon time. I enjoyed working with John. Very personable and easy to work with.

John is an extremely capable and dedicated IT professional. He has strong analytical and communication skills which are further enhanced by his solid technical background and his enthusiasm for learning. John works extremely well with clients, coworkers, and executives, adapting the analysis and communication techniques in order to achieve the business objective. On many occasions John was a lifesaver and, as a peer, I could call him and get reliable, spin-free answers and detailed technical information.

It was an honor to work with John. He worked well on client sites, and learned new technologies quicker than almost anyone I have had the pleasure to work with. John is a team player, who was willing to do what was needed for the company including public speaking, and providing pre-sales support.

I worked with John on a large Active Directory and Exchange greenfield implementation effort for a national business insurance company client. I was the director overseeing the effort, and John was the project lead. John did a great job building the project plan, managing the weekly tasks, budget, and status; while also serving as a technical resource on the project completing many of the design and implementation tasks. This project involved 4 to 8 resources at different times, lasted over 4 months, and involved multiple offices across US, Europe, and the Caribbean. The project completed on budget and on schedule, which was the first time in memory for this client. John was a big part of that success.

Besides being a thoroughly good guy, John is an outstanding technologist and consultant. I am impressed by John's desire to keep learning and advancing his knowledge and skills. He takes ownership of his activities and follows through to ensure the job not only gets done, but gets done correctly.

I have had the pleasure of working with John on two complex infrastructure migration projects. He performed as the project manager on one and as a technical lead on the other. In both capacities John's work was exemplerary. Beyond technical abilities, John's customer focus and dedication are an example to those around him. I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

Working wiht John has been a pleasure. He has an amazing capacity for learning at a fast pace. John has a very professional demeanor, establishes long lasting client relationships, and is very detail oriented. John was a very important member of our team and we were lucky to have him!

John has a great mix of business and technical skills. He has a solid background in systems and network administration along with a good perspective on the needs and workings of an organization. His excellent communication abilities would be a great benefit in a customer-facing role or as an analyst or internal consultant. I'd highly recommend him for any position where he can put his diverse skill set to work.

John's main assignment at MeterMesh was to ensure smooth transition between product delivery and system "live" status. The systems we deployed required John to pull all available resources between the MeterMesh team and our end customer. John was always in tune with the customers concerns and instinctively knew how to best resolve any open issues quickly and to the satisfaction of our customers and our corporation. All of these skills require great communication skills which John demonstrated consistently. I would recommend John highly and would work with him again in the future.

I'm confident John could have chosen any field of work and excelled to the top of his class. Fortunately for us he chose the IT field and helped us create a solid network infrastructure that has been a breeze to maintain in his absense. John's unique skillset combines aptitude, ambition and charm for a tasty brew that spells success.

John performed technical work on network configuration and associated installation of MeterMesh software both in the MeterMesh network and clients networks. He also led data mapping in working sessions with clients, and the subsequent cleansing and conversion of the data. He quickly grasped MeterMesh software and provided enhancement input on functionality; and defined, tested, and approved software reports developed by software development team. John also led working sessions with clients and delivered training on the MeterMesh software. John has an excellant blend of technical ability and communication skills he demonstrated with our clients.

In John's role at MeterMesh as a delivery consultant I had the upmost confidence in his ability to coordinate and support the projects that were assigned to his care. Once handed off he was diligent to complete the project and keep all parties updated with status and action plans to take the project to the next step. It was both a professional and personal pleasure to work with John.

John Thomas is a very creative and innovative problem solver. He has the uncommon but very useful combination of good business sense and technical ability. This gives him a distinct advantage over rivals with a straight business background. John is a driven and tenacious man, not sprinting toward short-term goals, but staying in the race for the long haul. I have no doubt he would be an effective employee in a leadership or analyst role.

John is a dynamic worker and natural leader. Obviously intelligent and personable, he is also a man of initiative that one can trust to get things done.

I have had the opportunity work with people all of the world. It's rare that you find individuals that are both personable, yet highly intelligent, high performers, and who are committed to personal development and making those around him better. John is one of those individuals. John is an incredibly intelligent, high-performing individual. I have known John for over 5 years.
